What You Need To Do

To help you receive the most from your Magick Service or Ritual appointment, please consider the following recommendations:

• Take time to slow down. If possible, spend 10–20 minutes in quiet reflection, meditation or grounding before your appointment.

• Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your session.

• Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs. Please do not consume alcohol or non-prescribed recreational substances before your appointment, as these may affect your focus and participation.

• Rest well. A good night's sleep and arriving well-rested can help you engage more fully in the experience.

• Set a clear intention. Consider the purpose of your session and what you hope to explore or gain insight into. You do not need to have all the answers - simply arrive with sincerity and openness.

• Wear comfortable clothing. Choose clothing that allows you to relax and participate comfortably during the session.

• Arrive on time. Please arrive a five minutes early to settle into the space before your appointment begins.

• Keep an open mind. Each Magick Service and Ritual is unique. It is recommended to approach the experience without fixed expectations and allow the process to unfold naturally.

Boundaries

Magis Ritualis is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe and professional environment for both the Practitioner and the Client. Clients are expected to behave respectfully, follow reasonable directions and not attend under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs.

The Practitioner will conduct all Magick Services with professionalism and appropriate boundaries. The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or immediately end any appointment or ritual if any behaviour or circumstances are unlawful, unsafe or otherwise inappropriate.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments and event bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting Magis Ritualis at least 48 hours before the scheduled commencement time.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the booking fee or payment being forfeited, except where required otherwise under the Australian Consumer Law.

If Magis Ritualis needs to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice of an alternative appointment, event date, or a full refund of any amounts paid.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
